Terms and Conditions for Oxygen Performance Grooming
- Services Rendered :
Customers are required to make an appointment for car spas and full car detailing services. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation mark. Customers with two or more cancellation marks will not be given priority to booking in future.
While we make every effort to accommodate walk-in customers promptly, there may be waiting times during busy periods.
We reserve the right to refuse service to vehicles in exceptionally poor condition or those that may pose a safety risk to our employees.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their cars before they leave the premises. Any disputes or concerns regarding the quality of service must be reported to us within 3 days of the service date. We will not entertain disputes beyond this timeframe.
- Products:
2.1 Car Shampoo, Tyres Shine, and Other Products:
Any products bought can be returned within 3 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange to be processed.
If the product is defective, we will gladly replace it or refund the purchase price. No refund or exchange would be given if the product is opened and used.
Refunds will be processed through PayNow or Internet Banking. Please allow 7 working days from the day our Customer Support team acknowledged the refund, for it to be reflected in your account. If you have any questions about the refund process, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support.
- Refund Policy for OxyGroom Credits:
3.1 OxyGroom Points System:
Customers have the option to purchase credits for future services. Credits expire 1.5 years (18 months) from the date of purchase.
After the expiry date, no refunds or extensions will be granted for unused credits.
3.2 Refund Requests:
Customers who wish to request a refund for purchased credits must do so within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Refund requests can be made in writing via email or through our Customer Support.
Refunds will be processed through PayNow or Internet Banking. Please allow 7 working days from the day our Customer Support team acknowledged the refund, for it to be reflected in your account. If you have any questions about the refund process, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support.
No refunds will be granted after the 7-day window has elapsed.
- General Terms:
4.1 Liability:
Oxygen Performance Grooming is not liable for any damage to or loss of personal items left in the vehicle during service.
We are not responsible for any damage to the vehicle resulting from pre-existing conditions or undisclosed information from the customer.
4.2 Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Oxygen Performance Grooming reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance.
4.3 Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes or concerns should be addressed promptly with our Customer Support for resolution.
If a resolution cannot be reached, customers and Oxygen Performance Grooming agree to engage in mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
By agreeing to use our services, purchase our products, or buy credits, customers acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined above.
